Lightweight wheel assembly rated only for 290 lbs

I bought this because AMAZON's description said it would fit a 6 cu ft wheelbarrow well but when it arrived the attached one gave printed literature has a maximum weight limit of 290 pounds. If one cubic foot of concrete equals 150 pounds, then this suction cup can't even support two cubic feet of concrete when mounted on a 6 cubic foot wheelbarrow! deep as the pictures show, but the hub is 6" tested and the bearing is 5/8" tested. 500 pounds or 3 cubic feet of concrete (450 pounds)!

I put it on, pumped it up, and took it from the garage to the backyard for three rides before it went flat. When I realized I had done something wrong, I pumped it back up. I could hear the ancient hiss of air coming out of the stem under the metal bushing cover. To your credit, the seller will send me a replacement the next day and I will…

I replaced the flat/cracked rubber tires on my old Sears car - green, 2 tires (circa 2001) with this kit and the quality* is much better than the originals. higher tire height from the axle, raising the handlebars another inch off the ground. The Rockies have bearings in the wheel shaft. Where my old decrepit tire design had all metal bushings in the ends of the shaft housing - rode right on the axle! If I had known this earlier, I would have made the changes much sooner. Now, for comparison…
