The product was great but too bad it was a defective unit. The RX transmitter was not charged. It didn't matter because Tony's customer service was exceptional! Someone's giving this guy a raise. Additionally, all of the customer service reps I spoke to were great as well. Thank you Alt Music!

When I met the seller I was very disheartened to learn that he is not an authorized Rode dealer. As a result, I was unable to claim the extended Rode 2-year guarantee when registering the product. 😞. I believe that this information should be boldly released in advance so that the buyer can make a decision before purchasing.

So far so good. I've only had it for a few days and today I used it on a video I was making. Although when I opened it yesterday the front of the TX was open so I clicked on it. For a moment I thought it was the battery compartment, but then I remembered they were rechargeable. I'm thinking about returning it, maybe the glue holding it closed is dry? I am not sure.

Great little wireless mics! I've heard great things about it and have never used a wireless microphone. I just had to use cheap wired ones. But I was at a point where I wanted to take video and photography to the next level, but didn't want to rob a bank. It was a great choice for me. Easy to use, just charge and plug in and go. Nice sound, great accessories, especially the protective case I carry it in. Did I say the sound is fantastic? I highly recommend them.

So I bought them to record at home. I knew I would need additional wires to power the Rode Lav+, but finding the right wires and order was a NIGHTMARE. I still haven't gotten them to work with my Lav+ made by the same Dadgum company. I'm sure these little guys are awesome (I used them without a toilet and just clipped the built in mic to my jacket but it's so bulky and obvious compared to the toilet. I wanted this to solve my wireless issues microphone triggers ). but they only caused more!

My students had trouble hearing me through the mask so I tried 2 different cheap mics, both suck. I gave up and spent money on quality and I have no regrets at all. I have a Rode lavalier clip for this mic. I can mount a microphone in the mask so they can hear my voice clearly. It makes a big difference and I don't have to strain my voice. I have connected this system to some Bose speakers so the sound quality is excellent. I use it from 8:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. non-stop and the battery still…
