Hot Knife Through Oil

To repair the artificial fireplace in the basement. Cut through stone with ease and won't tarnish after a full 20 minutes!

Pros
  • Absolutely Amazing!
Cons
  • Quality

Effortlessly cut ceramic tiles.

Bought to work with tile works fine. I prefer a diamond blade on a circular saw for straight cuts but they work. It's just that using a grinder is better for showing and closing curves. I'm still glad I have them and I know I will use them again.

  • handy thing

Diamonds aren't just a woman's best friend.

These blades are great at this DIY price point. Wet or dry, the 3-blade option is a bonus for a variety of cuts. I used a turboblade to cut concrete and it worked great for me. Can't say it's "professional" quality, but I don't use it every day.

  • Easy to install

Makes working with power and hand tools easier

Holy Cow. We have a granite slab that was uneven and broken at the ends. These blades eat granite for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Very impressed, I've used it dry and on an angle grinder. Whether you need to cut stone or concrete, these suction cups will do just that. And you can't beat the price. Many Thanks.

  • Ideal for outdoor activities

GREAT BLADES! - Diamond blades

All I've heard from YouTube pros is buy expensive blades! And I'm left with famous brands like Makita, when those cheap blades went dull after a few cuts (according to YouTube "pros") and spent about $80 on blades at Home Depot. Well I just put 1 disc on my Bosch 18V grinder and ended up cutting a whole 1/2" thick natural stone wall. Made 100+ cuts and adjustments. The blade was sharp and never dulled at all. From cut 1 to Cut 100+ the cutting speed didn't change! I cut dry. No water. Buy with…

All three blades work as advertised and are holding up well.

I liked having 3 blades to choose from. For inexperienced users like me, I would have liked a little information sheet explaining what each blade is best used for, rather than using them individually. From what I can tell, a serrated blade is best for picking up more material faster, a grooved blade is for medium, finer cuts, and a smooth-edged blade is best for clean, finishing work. Everyone does their job, and fast. In about an hour I cut about 10 feet of the edge of a 2 inch patio slab with

Cuts porcelain stoneware like clockwork

Laying new floors required removing old tiles. Our free standing "pantry" in the kitchen was installed over existing tile (not sure why they did that). I used a Craftsman 4 1/2 angle grinder and a smooth through blade to trim off the protruding tiles at the base of the cabinet. It worked like a charm! I also used it to do the same for a bay window installed over an existing tile floor. I cut about 15 tiles total with no issues or blade dulling. Very satisfied with the price and the product. I…

The blades cut well but are very thick and sharp-edged

The price is right, the blades match the description and look pretty solid. Like some of the shaft reducers described, they are very loose. The blade is thick, thicker than I expected. The result is a cut that's just over 1/16 thick - not a problem for me, but something to think about. The problem for me is that both continuous and turbo knives leave a very rough cut edge on the tile. There is little, if any, difference in cutting edge between the two, making a solid blade virtually useless…
