Perfect cabinet hardware solution

I've just had my kitchen remodeled by Sears Home Improvement (that's another story. Don't do it) and I've used newly installed double digester doors a couple of times when the hinges were pulled out and found doors on the floor. I called Sears and they didn't answer me so I used them to fix the door hinge fasteners. Worked great.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Not the best

For concealed hinges on hinges

First I decided to use short screws to attach the hinges. It really didn't work. I had to make new cabinet doors to match the finished doors for the new cabinets I was adding to the kitchen. I decided to use plastic inserts for hinges. I'm glad I did it this time. Use a hidden hinge tool to find and cut holes for the hinges and screws to attach them. You just need to properly adjust the depth of the hinge holes and screw holes.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Nothing

Easy to Use: Cabinet Hardware

I have replacement cabinet doors that are drilled for concealed and dowel hinges and they work great. After searching in vain for 8mm plastic anchors at several local hardware stores and large stores, I ordered these. At first it seemed that the dowels were too big for the holes, which should have been the right size. I've found the best way to get them in is to hit them hard with a hammer. After sitting down, I used a small block of wood on the dowel and two more good taps to make them flush…

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Fits
