Super-fast prime lens from Rokinon. I have several of their lenses and they are all very sharp with great bokeh and blur. These lenses are comparable to ordinary lenses, their price is four times higher. For me it was child's play. Outstanding image and video quality. There are also 16mm and 35mm.

I really like these lenses. For the price they offer such a beautiful image that is both sharp and clear and soft and smooth on skin tones. With good lighting and a good sensor, these lenses will give you the same results as prime lenses, but at three times the price. It's also fun to play with the shallow depth of field of the 24mm wide-angle lens. I have a Nikon Z6 and use an FTZ adapter with this lens. The full-frame look appealed to me about this lens.

Bought this for my GH4 along with the sisters 8mm, 12mm, 35mm and 85mm. This one is a bit softer, with a slightly more open CA compared to the other four, hence the four stars. At T2 and above it appears much sharper. Otherwise I am very happy with this lens. Also, these lenses seem to exhibit some softness at T22, which I believe is a diffraction effect, and I'm not too surprised given the cost. In any case, it's unlikely I'll be using it much at this aperture as I have a range of ND filters…

Are there better cine lenses? Yes. Are they significantly more expensive? Fully. It goes to infinity in focus, a little soft at T1.5 (T2 - 2.8 gets a lot sharper), and I'm not a fan of Focus Breathing, but to be honest it's great for the price. Feels sturdy, works well and it's a really good glass. I mainly use it on my GH5 and although the lens doesn't have OIS it still works very well out of hand. Excellent lens. Too bad it wasn't the focal length I needed for my project. I had to return with some regret. I haven't used it much, but I was impressed with the build quality. Included was a nice suede drawstring bag. There were all caps and a hood. For the price, a better tote bag would be appropriate. The padded side pocket, while decent, isn't what you'd expect from a quality lens. You want it in a nice, sturdy, zippered bag or something. Otherwise I would like to use for this. I bought…
