Enhanced Movie Watching

I bought it because its compact design and the sound from my LG TV made it impossible to watch movies. The Flow Panel solved my sound problem. I can now watch movies without turning up the volume for dialogue and turning down the volume for action sequences. I also like the ability to upgrade this unit with wireless speakers and a subwoofer, which I'm sure will use in due course. I haven't had a chance to play with the device, so I can't rate other features.

Pros
  • Smarter than a Traditional Soundbar: Roku Streambar plays sound well beyond its size with advanced audio technology in Roku OS - increased volume and voice clarity make your TV more audible and add depth to your music
Cons
  • Modernity

Stay away, it sounds terrible!

I like Roku, I have Roku TV and Express , no problem. With this soundbar, the sound is metallic, there is no bass and it keeps shutting down and restarting! My 65 inch Samsung TV has better sound. I expected more from Roku! Also, their customer service is non-existent, they answer you via email with no help! He's coming back, thanks Revane.

Pros
  • Endless Entertainment: Stream what you love including free TV, live news, sports and 500,000+ movies and series on thousands of free and paid channels
Cons
  • Available in black only

Great sound at a great price!

There's nothing wrong with the Roku Stream Bar. It comes with all cables. It's compact. This is an easier setup process and comes with simple instructions. Once connected, on-screen setup becomes very easy. This is not a $1,000 system. It has its limits. It produces great sound for a small price. If you need more base you can add a wireless base and you can also add surround speakers for a full system which is what I plan to do. Keep in mind that if you add more speakers as needed, they'll all…

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Clarity

Very good! suitable for streaming media player

I have a 1 year old Sony Bravia TV and although the sound is good I wanted something better. I needed a smaller soundbar for my setup so I looked into Streambar. I read the reviews so I knew it wasn't going to be quite the experience that a great soundbar would give me, but I figured I'd give it a try. Installation couldn't be easier. Plug it in and plug an HDMI cable into your TV's ARC input and you're done. The reviews here talk about the lack of bass so I was surprised at how good it sounds…

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Big and chunky

This is a streaming media player update

We had TV speakers and an old 2014 Roku prior to purchase. I'm no wizard at electronics installation, but it was easy enough. HDMI to HDMI and then a weird thin cable to a weird thin cable connector. (I think people are messing around with flimsy cables?) Here's what I LOVE about the Roku Streambar: + The ability to listen via Bluetooth 2+ headphones so adults can watch a movie while baby sleeps (using the Roku phone app) + I've found that a thin cable allows my Nintendo Switch to play audio…

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Lots of stuff

I am happy. Good for TV & Video

The first two things. I did some research and knew before I bought that my cheap 4 year old Epson 1060 home theater projector doesn't have an HDMI/ARC port and my spectrum modem has 2G but doesn't display. I googled and figured out how to populate Roku to show a 2G connection by setting up my iPhone's hotspot with the same name and password as my modem since the hotspot is 2G. After connecting with the credentials, the hotspot is no longer needed and Roku finds the hidden 2G that my modem is…

Pros
  • Lots of positive vibes
Cons
  • No show
