🛼 Rollerblade Macroblade 84 Alu 2016: The Ultimate All-Around Workout Skate Review

Great skateboard. It is easy for a beginner to learn from them and they are really good for beginners. I definitely recommend them. They are also very comfortable to wear for long periods of time.

Wide ankle support, quality construction. The size was perfect as stated. The wheels that come with these skates are a good compromise in terms of rigidity, allowing you to skate on a variety of surfaces. Soft enough for smooth surfaces and tough enough to withstand paved paths.

I bought a used pair, size 11. Looks great and overall pretty strong but the left boot was broken and I got blisters on my heel every time I rode roller skates. Actually quite a painful experience. I sent them back and bought a different model. In general, the model is not bad.

I'm used to K2 products which usually offer a more comfortable soft boot than Rollerbade products but I really don't like the new lacing features on the 84mm Ice skates K2. So I decided to try this Rollerblade Macroblade. The boots broke in after a few months but now I can ride 10-20 miles without blisters. Surprisingly, I had high mileage even on equipped 85a wheels.

The sizing chart was correct and the size 9 men's skates were correct and fitted perfectly. It's been a few years since I've been on online skateboards. I'm a complete novice, so I can't rate all the characteristics, only impressions. For a moment, that's very positive. 1) The actual size is the same as the sizes shown in the table, so there are no size problems. 2) My ankles are skinny but the boots hold them tight enough and you can pull them up even further if needed. Laces are not needed at all, I just don't use them. 3) I have a bone disease "halus valgus” when the bone near the navel is very large, but soft boots are still comfortable…

Here's the thing. My feet are a bit wider and still feel like they have plenty of room, which is great. But the problem is that the damn material ends halfway in (heel to toe). So the back half of the boot is soft and durable, while the front center is less comfortable and offers more space for your foot.
