Bag torn, luggage got wet after first use

Unfortunately we only used the roof bag and the experience ended in disaster. My wife's grandmother passed away so we had to drive 650 miles to get to the funeral. I was searching Revain looking for a car bag carrier to help with my trip. I stumbled across Roofpax and read about a quality waterproof bag that will stand up to the weather. An investment that pays off!

We are a family of 7 planning a trip from Idaho to Galveston, Texas for a carnival cruise. Excellent quality, very spacious car roof bag!

I was looking for a quick and inexpensive way to transport camping items on the car roof. I did a little research on the internet and my choice fell on this car roof bag. While not the cheapest option, I was very impressed with the quality of the materials, the size, and how easy and secure it was to install without going through the seat belts in the car, making installation much more convenient and safe. 6/2019Before the hike, I took a good look at how to pack my gear in a bag as recommended. The "Military Grade" material is definitely not even 1% waterproof. Traveling I-5 between Cali and Oregon and thinking my gear was dry and safe, little did I know that all of my camping gear (sleeping bags and pillows) got wet. Defective door hooks fly away. Inaccurately described. NOT for ALL vehicles.

Item description is wrong! Faulty door hook! Does NOT fit all vehicles. We don't offer it for Subaru Legacy without roof rack. Or any car without a roof rack due to damage to the car window seal. Sent back as defective as the door hooks fly off immediately with a slight tug. The rubber gasket didn't hold them in place. Only if you close the door does it last until you pull away or open the door and they fly away. It took 1 hour for 1 door hook to stay in place with a strong seal! And I'm good…
