the tin received was completely dented, the box it came in was not so tells me it was beaten before it was sent to me, it was also dated 2018, speaks directly to the can expiration date of 2 years

Products arrived badly crumpled and expired. The tin clearly states that the product has an expiration date of just two years from the date of manufacture which has expired six months from the date of manufacture.

This coating works so well my van top looks new. As a bonus, the roof stays cool even when it's over 90 degrees. In direct sunlight you can really walk barefoot on it. The jars arrived damaged, but sealed so well that they didn't burst. The company fixed everything quickly. Very impressed with customer service.

Looks like a really good product. In a year I will know more and if it holds up better than the original Dicor product then it will be a 5 star. Order more than you think you need. Maybe twice as much, but definitely 1.5 times as much. It's expensive and I know it will make you cringe, sorry. The result is very good. Follow the instructions. For me a branded extended life product covers well and more square feet than advertised. After the Activator Cleaner (set to 25 minutes) using a pressure washer is a very good idea. I have dirt and loose material that I couldn't see. I thought the roof was pretty clean when I started.
