Looks like a really good product. In a year I will know more and if it holds up better than the original Dicor product then it will be a 5 star. Order more than you think you need. Maybe twice as much, but definitely 1.5 times as much. It's expensive and I know it will make you cringe, sorry. I used a roller and applied it well, but I kept putting the brush back into the paint tray. The second coat is a must to achieve the coverage and desired finish. Once cured it felt stiff or strong, almost like a shell but still flexible enough to allow the EPDM rubber to flex as intended. If it holds up and works as Dicor claims, then you should definitely use this canopy.
