RT-TCZ 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL Mesh Grille Grill Insert Headlight Turn Light Cover Trim(Matte Black) Review

Bought for my husband for Christmas. Tried installing it today. They do not fit our 2018 Jeep Rubicon JL. The return window is closed.

Parts didn't fit my 21 JLU. The headlight bevels were almost impossible to hit, and the grille bevels weren't long enough. waste of time and money.

Excellent quality. Installation is easy. The headlight bits were too big for my gladiator headlights, but the grille bits worked.

Wow they took the front of my main argument to the next level! Easy to install and great looking. Note: Don't rush to PLACE - don't rush, align your units, you only get 1 shot.

The central parts are simple. Start at the top and then click. Lights can be tricky. Find the perfect fit; Stick the label to the insert and grill before removing the backing, align the labels with the tape and then simply paste. how that look. really highlights my grid inset flag.

The finished product gives the grill a really finished look and the glue seems to hold really well. I wish it came with instructions, but it's a good idea to peel off the protective backing of the bands piece by piece. already installed in the right place. Will definitely buy again!

Will not fit 2019 Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon due to trim rings already installed. This was advertised as suitable for the Rubicon, but it wasn't. They should fit into the existing factory skin. Do not go. And if you remove the factory fairing, they become too small. Come back.

I was really surprised how well they worked. I was concerned they would have installation issues or not properly mimic the look of the standard Rubicon model, but this is the perfect clone. Installation is pretty easy, just make sure the grille is clean and dry and take your time as this uses VHB tape which is almost impossible to remove and fix if you mess it up. I added a side profile picture, you can't see the body color if you install it correctly. Overall VERY happy with this purchase.

UPDATE TO MY ORIGINAL REVIEW: I really liked it when I first installed it. But I think you get what you pay for. The cost was small, so they didn't last long. About two years after they were installed, they began to deteriorate. I just removed them. The silver plating has practically disappeared from everyone. As much as I wanted to replace them, the process of removing them and removing the adhesive from my Jeep was a huge pain. If I replace them, it won't be the same product or some cheap…
