Excellent product, damaged on delivery

Arrived damaged. Since it's not easy to repackage the mat and you have to go to a UPS store to return it (we're in lockdown) we'll just keep it and use it with the missing part. Great product, I love that it's made from recycled materials but I'm not sure I would buy it again given how badly it survived shipping.

Super durable / heavy!

Purchased Mats 3/8 4x9. These were HEAVY. The poor lady at UPS actually kicked them out and I had trouble loading and moving them. I rolled them on the floor where they wanted to curl up and after a few hours they start to relax and lie flat. Haven't moved all of the equipment but so far it doesn't dent, flake, or smell bad. They may have had some white powder on them from delivery but I took a rag and some water and wiped them off and it was very easy. Very impressed so far. Only time will…

Very reliable floor protection

I purchased a 4' x 9' Rubber-Cal Recycled Floor Mat that was 3/8" thick. Works very well as flooring for my home gym. Strength cage, adjustable bench , Olympic bar, Olympic weight plates and iron dumbbells The rubber floor is very strong and very durable and completely protects the hardwood floor in my house from damage when I move around my bench and when I sit down or even throw weight plates or dumbbells I'm not yet sure how easy it is to clean the rubber floor as I haven't had it very long…

Good for the home gym. Cement Coating

I was working out in the garage the other day and was afraid of dropping (or even gently lowering) the weight directly onto the cement. I bought a 4x7 (or 8, I'm not sure) big enough to encircle my bench and wide enough for the straight bar I have. So far I think it has worked well. I'm more comfortable dropping weight and don't have to worry about the floor or the weight cracking. Although it doesn't look thick, it appears to be quite durable and resilient. In fact, I'm more worried about the…

No, it doesn't smell like they say.

First of all: No, it doesn't smell like they say. Yes, it smells like rubber. It was made from recycled tires. What do you expect? When I got mine, it sat on my porch all day. Then I brought it inside and left it in a bag for a week. Yes, I haven't been able to open it yet. Then I unpacked it and left it on the doorstep to tidy up for a few days. Now it only smells if you put your face close to it and smell it. How often will you do this? I'm not very hopeful. I use it to replace the carpet in…
