Strong wheel stops!

We bought a teardrop camper and wanted something more than plastic to keep it secure. That's great! Rubber and rope are very strong and durable. If we have to move the camper by hand, we put chocks a few inches in front of the wheel so it can't drive away from us. Very happy with this purchase!

Small, light and easy to use, I'm really worried about someone walking away with it

Great little block blocks Works well on my 5X10 utility trailer. I would not use them to put my bike on a trailer. don't ask, just take my word for it ;-) First connect the trailer to the hitch. They keep the trailer from rolling down the downhill road and are light enough that you won't break your back bending down to pick them up. If you want serious stopping power, you may need a higher pad.

Will break under dynamic force

One broke on second use. Front wheels to stop the motorhome at a certain point while lifting it on the leveling blocks at the rear. When the front wheel reached it, one of the pads broke into a few pieces. They are likely to be suitable for static pads/emergency braking, but are NOT available for stopping RV traffic.

Great design for camping or ice skating

My driveway is steep and I have to park my truck outside most of the time. The spot I park is a patch of rain dripping off the roof and the driveway freezes over at that point. It's hard for my truck to stay still at night when it starts to freeze. When I bought these pads I was skeptical that they would handle a 2500 ram on sloping ice. I'm happy to report that they work great. You will need to shorten the rope as there is only 1.5 feet between the two ends of the blocks. I've also used them…

Sturdy construction and materials, but order ahead

They will serve you for years. The rope is long enough to lock the wheel front and back, and the bright orange color of the rope can reduce the risk of tripping. If you're using them for a caravan like me, order them well in advance of you need them as they still release something that smells like creosote and the smell is strong. If I had used them shortly after ordering, the smell of creosote would have kicked us out of the trailer. Outgassing will also cause the reflective tape to blister…
