Description of πŸš— Keep Your Car Clean with RUFFWEAR's Dirtbag Seat Cover

MADE FOR ADVENTURE: The Dirtbag is a durable, waterproof cover that protects your vehicle's seats from the souvenirs of your pup's adventures. THE RIGHT FIT: The convertible design allows for a traditional or hammock configuration. The Dirtbag measures 55 x 63 in and features integrated seat belt access points. SIMPLE AND SECURE: The Dirtbag attaches via stuffer cleats that secure to the seat and webbing loops that wrap around the headrests. It's easy to attach and remove as needed. DESIGNED FOR DOGS: The non-slip fabric helps keep your dog stable during car rides. The side flaps prevent mud and dirt from getting on the seats during entry and exit. BUILT TO LAST: The polyester fabric is durable, waterproof, and cleans with a shake. And, for extra messy adventures, toss it in the wash (yes, it's machine washable!).

Protects the seats from most things

Easy to install and very well made. 4 stars although the side flaps don't want to stay down so some hair gets caught under the cover

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

Best Seat Cover

This seat cover is great. I had two similar style cases, cheaper, for about a year before they started peeling and falling apart. This one seems better done so far, and a big plus is that it has pieces that fall down the sides of the rear seat area, preventing dirt (and god knows what else) from getting in there.

Pros
  • Great Design
Cons
  • Narrow

Quality material and construction, as with all Ruffwear products, but the design needs an overhaul. Not big enough to adequately cover the back seat of an SUV and the material backing is not non-slip at all. The clasps don't hold up well either, so the lid keeps slipping and clumping.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Modern

Weak, thin and cheap material.

I have purchased many Ruffwear products in the past and have been pleased with the quality of the materials and their construction, but this seat cover is flimsy, thin and feels cheap. A light breeze blows it off your seat and it will crumple or drag under any dog unless picked up and carefully placed on the seat. For $80, I expect higher quality materials to be used. I shouldn't be surprised if every time a dog gets into my car, the cover eventually breaks.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Some minor issues

Good product. best seat covers

I LOVE the garbage bag. This new model seems to be a little more durable than the previous version. Not that the previous version ever had any problems. It's highly water repellent - keeps spilled water and wet pooch from seeping onto my seats. The only issues I have are 1) It needs to be wider (or offer a wider model) - as it doesn't give 100% coverage in my mid-size SUV (Ford Escape). 2) On this new model, the zipper is missing the middle of the line. It's hard for my pup to see what's going…

Pros
  • good product for its price
Cons
  • quality

Great for saving your back seat - if you had a small dog!

I just got a new puppy and a mini SUV. I just want him to sit in the back seat. Whenever we hit a rough road, he gets nervous and tries to jump into the front seat, sometimes climbing on my lap. It's ok if he's a small dog but he's a 4 month old Rhodesian Ridgeback puppy and weighs 28 pounds. Not great when you're driving down a busy street and he jumps onto your lap. This hammock is really easy to put on and take off. And the space between the back seat and the front seatbacks creates a recess

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • No instructions
