Quality materials and construction

Good quality but takes a long time to reach the lower pressure limit you set. I just set them to a lower pressure than intended and when the airflow slows down I check the pressure. It's usually only 1-2 pounds of my desired pressure.

Pros
  • Works great for me
Cons
  • Fits

Good Product: Tire & Wheel Tools

They are great for flattening tires. They definitely slow down as you approach the set value. I let them get to the point where they can barely get air out and then inflate the tires manually. The air releases get down to a pound or two of my set point fairly quickly. This is a definite protection for the knees and lower back.

Great product! on Tools & Equipment

It was amazing. It took maybe 10-15 minutes to adjust all 4 to the desired deflation level, after that I just screwed them on and each time they stopped releasing air at the exact pound I wanted. For the price they had and the work they do? I would buy again in a heartbeat. In addition, they come with a small carry bag, which is very convenient.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Some problems

I would not recommend it to a friend

I mounted it with the spare wheel. as noted. But when I got to the beach and really tried to use them. They didn't seem to work very well. They let almost no air out of the tires. A friend with a "famous brand" had no problem getting on the air. I think you get what you pay for. I would not recommend this to friends.

  • Everything great!

Works as advertised

Bought this in 2014 when I got the Xterra. Set them up as directed and hide them. This month I got stuck in the sand while towing a small trailer. I dug out the deflators, put one on each tire and after 10 minutes the hissing stopped. Used a shovel to get some sand behind each wheel, got it to low reach and the SUV and trailer came out with no problem. I also bought a Viair 00088 88P portable air compressor which is great for inflating tires. I let the compressor cool down between each hoop…

Very easy to use. in tire repair tools

These are very simple devices. They need to be calibrated before you can use them. So you first need to deflate one of your tires (the spare tire in my case) to your desired off-road pressure, and then individually place each of these devices on that tire. To calibrate the devices, simply turn the dial until the air stops flowing. It is then calibrated to the desired tire pressure. Because you get 4 in a pack, you can calibrate one pair for one pressure and another pair for another pressure…

  • So far satisfied

Works perfectly! - Tire & Wheel Tools

I use these on my 4WD car that I tow behind my RV. I inflate the tires to about 30psi for towing, and then when I pull off the paved roads to fish or explore the countryside, I bolt them onto each valve stem and ride for ten minutes while the tires are pushed to my limit be emptied. preset value 15-16 psi. Then replace the normal valve caps and store them in the glove box in the case provided. Ride quality and traction improve significantly at lower pressures. I would use them again. They cost…

Well done. good for a tire tool

They do exactly what they are supposed to. Good solid construction. Some might say they're slow, but you deflate all four tires at once, which is better than doing it individually. I mean where's the fire? Fuck them all, have a beer and get going. I don't understand why you have to rush to deflate tires. As far as customization goes, I've heard people have issues with that as well. For real? Inflate a tire to the PSI you want to ride through mud and rocks, screw the crown in all the way, screw…

  • Lots of positive emotions

  • Piggy bank Price

Better than more expensive deflators! great for off-road!

My friends ordered the same for their trucks and paid $65, I couldn't remember the brand name but these came up on a search and I figured for $35 why not. They work just as well as the expensive ones, if not better! the instructions are quite simple (take spare tire or regular tire, deflate tire with gauge to set PSI, mine was 18. Tighten lock ring and cap fully, screw in valve, loosen) until air starts to come out, tighten firmly, rotate lock ring, finished! and off-road tools. definitely a…
