This is my first 1/2" thick rug pad. I have others at 1/4". Wow! What a difference. The rug doesn't slip, but then it's anchored down by a heavy dining room table. My only complaint is that there are two edges that are slightly larger than my existing rug. Is it the pad or my rug? Not the end of the world. Perfect for our needs, at the right price. The rug cleaning company wanted to sell us a pad for twice the price of this one, but this one is SO comfortable and doesn’t shift at all, and leaves no residue on the wood floors. Great buy, and would buy again!

It fit my 8x10 carpet perfectly, no cutting necessary. Bought the 3/8” to get more thickness than the 1/4”. Big difference having the pad especially in the winter with cold hardwood floors. No slipping because it’s tucked under the couch. Happy with the purchase.

Works well. Great product. Had to trim it to fit our dimensions, but it wasn't too hard. Shipping was delayed, but other than that great experience.

Purchased this to pad our new 8x11 area rug and was able to order it to size. It did require a little bit of trimming which was easily done with small heavy duty shears. Because of the size and the weight of the rug it did not slip around on our floors, even when unanchored by furniture. The 1/2 inch thickness was also a plus, making our living room much more comfortable. Definitely a worthwhile purchase and well worth the money.

Bought an oversized pad as they no longer cut to size via an Best Buy order but I believe they do directly from their company website (Aug 2022). I bought this rug pad for a cheap rug I knew was going to be thin. I got this a day early. That was nice however Im glad it wasnt something breakable in the box because the box was crushed on 1 size & had ha huge tear on the middle of the box. We purchased the 1/2 inch cushion and love it! It makes getting down on the floor to play with our toddler so much more comfortable. We purchased the 7x10 for our 7x10 rug and it fits exactly to the rug size. We have not trimmed yet since it really doesn’t make the rug stick up that much.

I’ve purchased several rug pads from this vendor. Quality is always consistent. These are so much better than the honeycomb rubber mats, are much easier on hardwood floors. I use these for all type of rugs including jute and sea grass. Highly recommend. (I usually get 1/4 think)

I ordered 8x10 1/4 inch thickness for my thin 7x9 area rug. I trimmed a little off the sides and now the rug is perfect on my hardwood floors and it doesn’t move around anymore. I was actually surprised at how thick it was.
