I used this on a piece of furniture that I painted with Annie Sloan white chalk paint. I've had bad experiences with waxing, so I've been looking for a long time for a sealer that doesn't yellow on white paint and is passable. This material does not yellow and is scratch resistant after three coats application and can be easily washed off with liquids. This will definitely be my choice for future projects! And don't let the size fool you. A little goes a long way if you use it right.

This varathane is a new favourite. I renovated a large dining table and used this product to finish the top after sanding and painting. When I first applied this product I really liked it over my white chalk paint on my kitchen cabinets. I cleaned them and then sanded them down.
