Description of Rustark Connector Terminal Barrier Connecting

✔ INSULATING MATERIAL: The shell is made of high quality PVC insulating fireproofing material, safe and non-toxic, corrosion resistance. High pressure resistance, high melting point, high temperature resistance, can work at -40oC to 150oC. Long life, can be used continuously for 50 years, the service life is more 10 times than the electrical tape. ✔ GOOD ELECTRIC CONDUCTION: Pressing sheet is high quality conductive steel spring, good elasticity, strong toughness, high rate of electricity, energy saving, corrosion resistance, high quality and safety. ✔ CONVENIENT TO OPERATION: Simple operation, saving time and effort. Using Spring connectors only process 3 steps: Hold down the item and press the terminal, and then put the peeled wires into the terminal, finally loose hands and finish the connection. Using screw terminal barrier block only have 3 steps too: Firstly, loose the screws, and then put the wires into holes, finally fasten the screws and over. ✔ HIGH QUALITY: There is clear mark on the surface. L end connects live line. N end connects neutral line, the product has passed CE certification, in line with UL, IEC standard requirements. Superior quality and easy to use. ✔ MULTIPURPOSE: Can be used in motor, electrical control, power supply, home appliances, lighting, machinery and other electrical connections.

This isn't about quantity.

I've had this problem before with other brands where the screws were either frozen and wouldn't turn or didn't reach the end of the cable. During the production of molded parts, there can be problems with heating. The latch/spring version is good for temporary attachment to small breadboards or to confirm proper termination before soldering.

Pros
  • practical item
Cons
  • functionality

I cut the cross section of the spring quick connector to see how good the spring connection was in the connectors. pretty good. I've seen similar devices listed elsewhere with a maximum recommended power rating of 300W (my limit would be more of a wall power supply for hobbyist electronic circuits). Definitely not 250V, 10A, 2500W! I wish the screw connectors were screw connectors, not just screws.

  • Satisfied so far

Very important! - I highly recommend these connectors!

The versatility of this kit is perfect for the DIY enthusiast like me. 2 different connection types in 2-wire and 3-wire versions. The screw type has nice brass grommets for secure wire clamping. with a screw that can be tightened with a slotted or Phillips head. The push-and-paste style grabs the wire once inserted, yet is easily removed with the push of a button. It's great to have both, screw in for permanent installation and plug in to plug in for testing, prototyping etc. Both types can be

The push-in terminals work much better than expected

So this is exactly what I was looking for - a combination of screw and push-in terminals for my 12V DC projects. The downward pressure to connect the pieces is surprisingly strong! I wasn't expecting this at all, I was expecting weak connections that can be easily pulled out. However, the spring force and shape of the push-to-connect parts are designed to really grab the wires and withstand at least a few pounds of pressure. That's more than enough. That way the wires don't get disconnected…

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Can't remember

Pros
  • Beautiful design
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

Spring pins will not pass appreciable current without melting

I bought the range although I was concerned that based on other reviews the spring pins would not work very well. For very low currents they might be fine and they're handy, but since they work by pressing the wire against the plastic casing, any heat will cause melting problems. A couple of them melted (one with smoke and fire) when the model train they were driving derailed. There were circuit breakers on the tracks, but they didn't work because there wasn't enough current and the wires…
