Terrible product. The cable is too light and twists in the tube. The feed mechanism failed after the third use. I used it by hand for a while but it literally fell apart in my hands. This is the second one I've bought after first buying the non-interchangeable helix model. They're both rubbish. Don't bother either.

I bought one of these augers to clear my kitchen sink drain. The controls were intuitive. The tool was solid, with a very cool motor. The cable went in and out of the spool easily and was strong enough to be pushed hard to make turns. I had less than 10 feet to reach the obstacle which was quickly brought under control. I am very happy with this tool.

I actually bought this off Amazon. Initially, the auto feed button was very tight. It is very difficult to set up with one button. I couldn't get him to feed on the toilet. The feedback is very slowly pulled back into the device. I had to use my hand to pin it back. I ended up having to call a plumber to clean my toilet. He had a manual hand drill. Clear the sewers in 3 seconds. Cost me 25€ more than the device itself.

When I first used this solution I was amazed at how effective it was at cleaning the sink. I ran out A full 25 feet to see how well it handles the max length. The results were exceptional. Removing the snake was easy and I was able to clean it while it was being drawn into the drum. I also like the ability to use an external power source if you don't have a charged battery handy. I think I'll have enough for the rest of my life. Highly recommended.

READ THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY, IF NOT YOU WILL TURN THE AUGER AND DAMAGE YOUR DRILL! I live on a small farm with lots of outside and wall drains that often get clogged. I haven't had to call a plumber yet so I saved so much money! I have many hand snakes/snails but there was no power behind them. Although this uses 120V, I have a dozen 18V batteries, so I ended up using them to power this snail. AGAIN AGAIN, IF you don't read the manual and use it properly, it just won't work for your needs…
