much better quality

This is a better brake line. You wouldn't think China could mess up a brake line, but it's thicker, made in the USA, and stretches better. Cheaper materials don't ignite very well.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Big and bulky

It's the BEST there is!

If you have to make a lot of turns to change brake lines, then this is for you. There are cheaper tubes out there but you will be disappointed and only get what you pay for. This tube is the best!

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • Some troubles

Easy to bend, difficult to straighten

Used it on my first attempt at replacing brake lines. Can be easily bent and expanded. Worked, no leaks. But I couldn't fix it. Turns out you need a pipe straightener to do this. This makes straight sections look wavy.

Pros
  • All right!
Cons
  • Quality

great line in brake system

love this stuff second batch (learn how to shape it and this stuff lets you take a few tries before it's rubbish (can't do it with a steal) so it's a good choice for those who's the tuner, the hot rod, the pro-tourist gentlemen who "rewire!" Good stuff, how it's packaged.

  • best
Cons

Much better than steel and worth the extra cost

This brake hose is amazing. It is very easy to work with her. Forms 1.875 inch diameter coils with no kinks, easy to shape by hand, easy to flare. SO worth the money compared to a steel brake line. It has the necessary strength and does not rust. MARVELOUS. I will never buy a steel brake line again.

Pros
  • Top marks for grip and durability from testers
Cons
  • Hard to say

Easy to use. for hydraulic parts

Do brake lines have to be routed? Look no further. Easily folds by hand and accepts expanders (Bubble ISO and Double SAE) that easily work in hard-to-reach areas under your vehicle. Will not rust or break. Yes, it's a little more expensive than a steel Bundy-Flex, but save yourself the heartache, especially if you have to run a long rope under your car.

Pros
  • Good price
Cons
  • Some difficulties

Good quality replacement parts

I bought a brake line that is a pleasure to work with. Everything from cutting to shaping is SUPER easy. With OE steel tubing, bending was a nightmare and tube bender and straighteners didn't help much. This material is very plastic. The ONLY tool I actually use for shaping is called a pipe straightener. In fact, it is a pair of pliers with pliers welded on the ends. The flat stock has a machined groove that secures the tube and the end is cut along the radius, allowing you to make small bends.

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • Miscellaneous Miscellaneous

Easy to install in hard-to-reach places

Considering this DOT-approved tube is 90% copper and 10% nickel, it bends relatively easily. Its flexibility means you can pull this hose through tight and awkward spots in your car like you're towing a Romex around your home. You can easily bend larger radii, softer bends around objects, but if you're making tighter bends on the order of 3 inches in radius or less, I recommend a bending tool or some sort of mandrel to prevent the tube from twisting or twisting Break for smaller radius bends. .

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Not the best
