Outstanding Material - Hydraulics

Easy to bend, easy to expand. Even for a layman like me. A 90 degree bender is required for manual bending without kinks in lighter bends.

Pros
  • Top marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Cleanliness

The best brake line I've ever used.

This brake line is best for mechanic or DIY when replacing brake lines. Corrosion resistant, easy to bend/form, and the best flare tube I've ever used (other than soft copper). I will never buy pure steel or stainless steel tubing again.

Pros
  • Dope πŸ”₯
Cons
  • Ugly Pack

don't care about anything else.

This is what you need. I will never suffer again trying to use steel brake lines. Very easy to flare up, easy to bend, you can bend again if you make a mistake! You can pull it practically like a coaxial cable. I bought enough to restore my entire car by restoring a 1983 VW GTI. I'm counting on the leftovers.

Pros
  • Annual trial period
Cons
  • Speed

great product, why use anything else for the brake line?

This is a nickel-copper alloy cord that bends easily, expands easily, runs fast and will never rust. I used a cheap brake line flare tool and made great flares with no leaks on the first try. I'll even do preventative maintenance on cars to replace lousy steel lines that have been known to rust before they fail due to this material.

Pros
  • Great Price
Cons
  • Requires Socket

much easier to machine than stainless steel lines

I used this to do brake work on a 1998 Chevy S10. I bought a 1/4" roll from the master cylinder to the rear center hose and a 3/16" roll for all four corners. You don't even need tools to shape the lines like stainless steel lines do. This material is so malleable that you can shape it with your bare hands. After buying a reel of each size and a couple of flare fittings, I have enough left over to replace all the lines in my other truck (2000 Silverado). I got everything (including tools and…
