Crazy Fast: External SSDs

I've only had this SSD for a few weeks but so far so good. I bought it to create an image of my laptop's system disk, which I do before every business trip in case one of them fails. With a hard drive it would take 2 1/2 to 3 hours but this little guy gets the job done in about 45 minutes. Using the USB-C port on my laptop, Clonezilla reported a transfer rate of around 10Gbps.

Good price but not sure about the quality

I just ordered this for a bargain price of less than $100/TB. (Thanks to slickdeals.net) The disc comes in a nice aluminum metal case. Use it as the main disk of a Windows 10 virtual machine on Mac. Preliminary tests seem fine. Windows boots and runs just as fast as other SSDs. However, I'm getting mixed results with BlackMagic and AmorphousDiskMark (CrystalDisk clone for Mac). Terrible Speeds for Computers and Accessories

I have several external USB drives from different companies and with different speeds. I was so happy to get this drive which promises transfer speeds of up to 1000MB/s and when I plugged it into my PC and tried to copy some files I was shocked to see that the copy speed from my NVMe M was almost 30 MB /With . .2 hard drive.
