For the price of this rack I was expecting slightly better quality. Packaging - Terrible. Sent in a thin and flimsy box. Inside were several pieces of foam meant to cover the corners of the frame. The case first arrived dented and the box had holes because it was shipped without a gasket. There was no documentation inside and parts were scattered everywhere. Due to the many nooks and crannies inside, it took several days before I could even find the keys wedged between pieces of sheet metal.
