Excellent fit for SAE bulkhead.

Installs on F-150 drive wheels to charge auxiliary battery system. My charger connects well and the cables coming out the back are very solid. The cover doesn't seem to protect from the weather. Good product in everything.

Great for a clean plate connection

I bought this to connect a battery tender to a John Deere tractor that I was looking to convert to electric start. It fits perfectly into the fiberglass board and gives the project a professional look. In addition, it is very inexpensive.

Inexpensive part, perfect fit for my application

I connected this part to the ATM fuse pigtail to make a connection on the generator for connecting an external battery charger. A β…ž inch diameter hole was drilled in the plastic battery cover to accept the back of the "SAE connector". A drawing with detailed dimensions should be provided, or at least installation instructions, but this is not the case. For my application I had to reverse the colors so that the red wire of the fuse was connected to the black wire. It has a good dust cover…

Good quality, ideal for low current charging/plugging in

This SAE plug looks like a great DC socket overall. My use case was to replace my kids who have to take the batteries out of their electric cars when they need to be charged. Having several battery tenders with SAE connectors, this product worked for me. Need a hard copy or additional image/color layout information.

Well for example it would be nice to know which pin the red wire is attached to. This did not match the SAE fused cable I purchased that connected to my battery. The red wire coming from the battery is correct and has a closed contact so as not to accidentally short something. But this bulkhead is not designed for that. It is connected to the open red pin. To get what I was doing to work I had to install 2 additional cables with connectors on one end and bare wires on the other. Solder these…
