This is a simple patchwork quilt, nothing fancy but it has all the colors of my bedspread which I was looking for. Carpet to put next to my bed where my feet often hit the carpet. I don't want to wear this place down as I just bought new carpets. Someone mentioned that it looked like cartoon characters, which I think should have looked, but I didn't notice anything popping up in front of me.

This carpet SMELLS TERRIBLE! I opened it today and thought maybe it just smells a bit. I was wrong. I put it in my daughter's room and came back 30 minutes later to find her whole room smelling. My husband came out of his office and asked what that smell was. I'm very upset with that considering it didn't have any toxins/gassings. I will return it as soon as possible. The color and thickness were exactly what I thought - decent.

I've had it for three years, two moves with me. I actually like its look. It's very comfortable and well made. You just have to know how it was done. This is a woven rug of new, clean fabric. The material I use is very simple, neutral and in beautiful colors. It has some variations on the scheme, but it's mostly a light blue theme. If you look closely you can spot some unique patterns and images on some of the woven threads, but overall it's a very understated, upscale look.

I really like this rug. I like that it's cotton. It's really nicely made, good quality, not all torn and disheveled like some patchwork rugs. The colors are beautiful, better than in the photo. I will say I have two more of these, a much larger one, and they smell bad of chemicals. I returned one and hope the other is small enough to air outside. This one didn't smell bad. Since it's light, I definitely recommend putting a non-slip mat underneath to avoid slipping and sliding.

Very satisfied. OF COURSE it smells bad at first. All carpets fit, you need to air them folks! The FAQ says to hand wash and air dry only. I've had 2 of these rugs for almost a year and have (reluctantly) taken them to a laundry that has an industrial size washer/dryer. I washed them separately with cold water and dried them on low heat. One dried well after 90 minutes - can't tell it's sticky. The other one was still damp after 2 HOURS on low heat so I took it out to air dry. No grouping…

Here is the most important thing to know about this rug that I couldn't find anywhere on the product page. The blobs of color mostly refer to protruding cartoon characters (e.g. SpongeBob, Mickey Mouse, Spiderman)! I'm not joking. Whatever classic you aspire to, this totally unrecognized feature of the rug completely undermines it. Note on Revain: I called to complain and they assured me they would send a replacement that wasn't made out of baby sheets; but the one that arrived today also…
