Great for Safety and Compliance: Safe Food Pro

I love how this software made our job so much easier! We were able to see what was going out in real time which helped us identify any issues quickly. It's also great because it lets you know if there are recalls or other important information as soon as we get them available online (which helps when trying to figure things like expiration dates). There isn't anything really wrong with this product but sometimes the reports aren't very user friendly. So make sure you have someone who knows…

Overall very positive experience, easy to use product

I like how it has all information in one place so you don't have anymore paper work or files with different sections scattered around making searching difficult when needed most! Great customer service from support as well which helps make this software great overall!! There's nothing i dislike about safefoodpro other than maybe some things being more clear at times but thats just because we are still figuring out our processes/way-of doing business together since starting using SAFEFOODPRO.…

Great app for restaurants and cafeterias!!!

It has been very helpful in our daily work at restaurant! We are able solve issues with customer complaints or when we have an inspection coming up fast - so it's really useful!! Sometimes there can be problems sending SMSs from certain countries (like Italy), but you should contact support@safefoodproappreciates this because I'm sure as soon i've contacted them about my issue then all will improve :) There isn't anything particular which would make me dislike using safefood pro- just great…

  • It's very useful and easy to use! I can send the photos and videos of food and I can also send the photos directly to the store manager and it is very fast and easy to send

Great User Friendly Inspection System!!

It's very user friendly! I love how it can be used in different ways depending upon what you are looking at or where/when something happened with an item being inspected (if applicable). The only thing about this system which could have been improved was if there were more options when using some items such as "Food Contact" - i think having all 3 choices would help people understand better why certain things needed attention instead just saying its contaminated without explaining further…

  • That most aspects within SFM is easy to learn, especially for non technical personnel / associates who do not possess previous experience working directly around food safety management systems software products before; making everything relatively simple &/or understandable from both end users' perspectives while also providing them access too many features they may find useful along their
