Did exactly as instructed, created and registered an account and sent the package. The lab received the package in 3-4 days. But after 3 weeks I didn't get an email with the results so I called. They said I should have received an email with the results but didn't receive it. I also checked the junk mail folder. I deduct 1 star for that. However, when I called, they were responsive and emailed me the results straight away.

Updated Review: After my initial review (below), Ryan at Environmental Labs emailed me and suggested I retest their newly upgraded hardware. The new detection limit is 0.001 mg/L compared to the previous detection limit of 0.006 mg/L, making the new test six times more sensitive and able to detect lead at levels well below the EPA's level of concern for public water supplies of 0.015.
