Very user friendly with good information

I like how it's very easy to use in terms of interface but also you don't have to be tech savy in order to operate it at all! We've used this software as well as most other apps/software for emergency management in our state for incident response, public hazard assessment, mapping etc so far it's been great! It needs some work on the map itself to make them more customizable to your state's layout (I wish there was a way to add layers to different aspects such as buildings or areas that are…

Great for tracking personnel during workplace incidents

I like that it is very easy to use, so much easier than other programs! The alerts are great because you can see where your employees will be in real time. It would be nice if there was more integration with our dispatch system into one location (like dispatch) rather then two separate ones. We have been able to track people down within minutes of them entering an area or leaving one. This helps us keep tabs on everyone as we try and help those who may be injured in these situations. Very useful incident reporting system

The system is very easy to use, it helps you create incident reports which can be used in any department of an organization. It has the capability of generating reports for each incident. I love this software because it makes our life easier at work, it's not only a tool that helps us do the report but it also gives us the capability to add photos and videos.
