Revane wanted me to rate his "Transparency". SMDH This is a temperature controlled stick welding furnace. Holds approximately 20 pounds of rod. We bought three, one was damaged in transit. I fixed it myself.

Was there about a week. So far it works great. The thermostat works great. It's just a little warm. Seems to be well insulated. The light that shows when it's heating up is a nice touch. It's been with poles in it since the day I got it and haven't had any issues. If it lasts it's fantastic value for money. I don't care where it's made as long as my low hydrogen chopsticks stay dry.

I got this to keep 7018AC rods for my projects at home. The device came out of the packaging in perfect condition and is immediately ready for use. The rod rest has some hooks in the middle so you can hang it on the side of the inside of the stove when filling. The controls feel nice, but can also use a notch off the dial to show what temperature you've set. My only [small] complaint is that the lid isn't insulated, so you lose efficiency.

I bought one and when I received it I plugged it in and it started heating straight away. Keeps the temperature at a certain level and does not heat up the body. The cap gets a little warm, but there's a lift handle so you don't touch it when removing the bars. After checking the fit, fit and functionality, I ordered a second unit. I have a small complaint as we use these at school with the 3/32"E6011 and 3/32"E7018 electrodes. We found that the sticks fell between the bottom pan and the oven…

Large capacity for my needs. Heats up quickly and holds temperature well with minimal heating cycles. The outside heats up and rises towards the top (the heat rises). When I first put my old 7018 (2lb) bars in the oven and set the temperature to 360 degrees, after about an hour I lifted the lid to check and water droplets were dripping down. My bars got wet going into the oven! You may have to throw them up. I found it difficult to pull out the rod holder and let the rods fly in all directions.
