I am very happy with how well this product works to keep track of all my compliance requirements in one place, and it's easy for our employees to access through their own devices as needed! The customer support is also great - we've never had any problems communicating or getting answers from them when we need help. It would be nice if they could have some more templates available to choose from so that there are less customizations required after the initial setup process. We use this software

I like that we are able to set up our own compliance rules, which allows us to be flexible in how much risk exposure is acceptable for each client. It can also get confusing at times trying to figure out what's going wrong or why certain steps need repeating. The customer support team have been very helpful when needed but sometimes it takes quite some time before they respond so you end up having to chase them!
