Satco SF76 500 Infrared Security Review

I bought two and both are terrible. One stays on all the time after a few tries and I didn't even connect it to a light switch like the manual says. I had better luck with the $8 motion sensor.

I would buy this product again and recommend it to friends. I had the exact same motion sensor on a light that seemed to stay on. (The wind is triggered whenever a small gust hits it.) As the name suggests this sensor works as advertised. The sensitivity setting, even if it's only ½ high, is too sensitive for my purposes, so I adjusted it a bit over the course of a few days. The setup of this device is slightly different than most sensors of this type. Therefore, read the instructions carefully.
