Review on Satco SF76 500 Infrared Security by Todd Calloway

As the name suggests this sensor works as advertised. The sensitivity setting, even if it's only ½ high, is too sensitive for my purposes, so I adjusted it a bit over the course of a few days. The setup of this device is slightly different than most sensors of this type. Therefore, read the instructions carefully. Mine arrived with 4 wires, two of which were a few inches shorter than the other two. It turns out that two long wires are connected to your house and two shorter wires are connected to lightbulbs. It's actually a handy feature that I like, but I would have damaged the device if I hadn't read the instructions first. You can also optionally set this device to turn the light on and off during the day when motion is detected. I don't know why anyone would do this, but if you need this feature then it's available.
