After trying 3 different systems between 5 companies, these are the best. I've tried the round bungee cords, the silicon bands, and these flat ones. to start off, I have the most frustrating feet in my family, too high of arches, overpronate and oversupinate with each step, not a lot of fat on the ball or heel of my feet. Initially setting these up was pretty straightforward; lace them up, put them through the holder tabs, cut the laces, and snap the little end-snaps on. Overall, the system is very well engineered; the holder tabs make it so it's virtually impossible for it to come loose, and the end-snaps clamp down on the ends of the laces after you cut them to length so that they don't unravel. I have neuropathy in my feet and a high in step to complicate matters. It's really difficult to find shoes that I can wear. I found that wearing sneakers is probably one of the most comfortable shoes I can wear, but because of my high instep the laces are too short. These elastic laces were able to extend the coverage area for my foot and made the shoe much more secure. I totally recommend these for anybody with foot neuropathy or a high-end step where other shoes just don't fit very well.

The shoelaces installed relatively easily, like regular shoelaces. I made the mistake of installing them, then putting on my shoes. The laces were tight. Here's a tip: have the shies on you feet as you lace them up. It may be a bit awkward but you can adjust the tightness for comfort. I didn't care for the p art of heating the cut ends to seal them but it prevents fraying. If you heat them too much the end may melt I. Such a way as to prevent the end from being snapped into place.

I like the Xpand No Tie laces because, for more classic sneaker styles, they offer a look that is closer to standard white laces.I recently put a set a new set of classic lace up Vans. I liked the idea of being able to slip these on while still having the look of being laced. I did not use the enclosed clips, opting to instead to get the stretch level right where I wanted it and then double loop the laces in the topmost hole to ‘lock’ them in place. I've had several pairs of these laces, and now I order a pair whenever I buy a new pair of shoes. They're comfortable and durable. They make slipping shoes on and off simple. And I really like the clean look they provide.One suggestion though: after you cut the excess lace off, melt the ends of the laces. Otherwise, they can start to unravel with time. I really think the should be part of the standard instructions.

These work really well. These are my second pair. My first pair after two years, is working great. They work while I'm exercising. This pair will be for everyday use. No more untied shoes.

Kind of a pain to "install,” but manageable. They work great and are exactly what I wanted - except they’ve gotten pretty dirty, and what do I do about that? Definitely not convenient to try and remove them to wash, if that’s even an option.

I own two pairs of these now. I only went a week with new sneakers before I had to buy another pair because I got so used to them on my other shoes.

These would work way better with metal anchors instead of plastic. Easy enough to install, but I can see that the plastic anchor point might pose an issue in the future. Getting them to latch correctly can be fickle, and the slightest tug on the laces while installing them pulled the end of the lace out of the clip. We’ll see. If they don’t pop out over the next couple months, I’ll buy more for my other pairs, but I might try a different brand, we’ll see.

These shoe laces work really well. They are stretchy enough to get into the shoes but tight enough to hold the shoes on. Plus the blue are awesome on my black shoes.

I didn't think these were the best elastic laces. I didn't love the clip aspect and no matter what I did, they kept twisting and showing on the shoe tongue. They also dug into the sneakers and my feet after a while.

They work OK but I am disappointed about having the plastic tabs sticking out. I have tried to tuck them in but they don't stay put. Maybe there is a trick to making them stay where you want them but I couldnt get it to work. If you don't care how they look then, they are functional at least. If you do care, keep looking.

I've bought several "no tie" products and this is the only one I still kept using after a few tries.Easy to install and tension to your liking.

I was worried the shoes might be hard to get on or too loose once I got them on but Im pleasantly surprised! It's easy to get your shoe on and off while still keeping your shoe tight for walking. Really happy, I want them on all of my shoes. (They even work with my high top vans)
