Seems stronger than the previous one

Once again the kids have broken the bedroom doorknob by locking the door while one is holding the handle inside and the other is jumping up and down outside like a crazy monkey trying to get into a room full of food or something. Pray that violence will make it last longer.

Pros
  • Great for a small house
Cons
  • Hard to say

Questionable quality

This is the same brand used in my house so it fits perfectly. The old one installed with the house broke after 4 years; and the first one i ordered came broken. That tells me how good the quality control is at this manufacturer. The replacement worked, but I would never buy it if I had a choice.

Pros
  • Inspires confidence
Cons
  • I won't say anything

Quality grips, I only found a small flaw in them

Easy installation, you can curve them up or down. Reliable, strong and pleasant to the touch. One minor annoyance that you'll only notice after some work is that you have to turn the handle nearly 90 degrees to open the breech. While this doesn't seem like a problem, you're wondering why this can't only be done for 45 degree turns.

Pros
  • High score for grip and durability from testers
Cons
  • Some small things

Beat The quality has gone down.

We bought the Schlage brand for 40 years. Walter Schlage's first invention, patented in 1909, was a door lock that could turn lights on and off. Those days are gone now they are made in other countries like Mexico and China and the quality is terrible. The box with tissue paper inside surprised me again. This can be real deal not fake. We have just returned and will be moving on.

Pros
  • GOLS certification
Cons
  • Disappear

Nice aged look, durable, easy to install

I recently bought 5 of these Schlage Accent levers - 3 privacy levers for bed and bath and 2 levers for hallway/closet and I have to say the installation was nice and easy. Well done, love the grip and the smooth twist of the lever. We recommend. I saw these at Home Depot but found that Revain offers the same product for a few bucks less so I decided to buy all 5 through Revain and I have no regrets.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Compatibility

Almost what you would expect.

So two things. At first glance, this item looks like new, not new. No major problems, all parts were present and weren't scratched though. The plastic bag is cut. As I said, it doesn't matter, but maybe not entirely reliable. Second, this is not a pen that can be flipped. If you like the look of the handle, you'll want a door that swings to the left when you look at the handle. If your door hinges to the right, it's curved, not up. Also the third photo is wrong, it has a push button lock inside

Pros
  • While satisfied
Cons
  • communication with the seller
