I bought this to replace a broken throttle on an electric bike, the cable positions needed to be reversed for my application just to match the colors of the original. It fits perfectly on the steering wheel and is easy to attach with an Allen key.

This throttle is great for converting the Aventon Pace 500's left thumb throttle into a right turn. The plug is just right. You will need to install a throttle with a cable coming out from the top to avoid the shifters (see photo). Also, I modified the trigger a bit with the drum sander on my Dremel to give it some room.
