Used 3 times, no longer works. I called the warranty department and was told to send it back with no help at $108 shipping. It would be better and cheaper to buy it locally in Napa. I will not buy anything from this company again.

The product is broken but the shipping box is fine. Look at the first picture, someone attached a wheel bar that is too big for the width. someone should have tried to fix the return. The touchpad was covered with blisters. It was all misaligned and the lower carriage was significantly broken

The charger smelled like it was short circuited at the factory. Doesn't even turn on. Additional information will appear after I contact the manufacturer. The new charger arrived at 9am this morning, followed by a UPS truck that picked up and returned the DOA charger at 11am. Well done Revan! Everything happened so quickly that I didn't get a chance to try the spare charger other than turning it on to make sure it worked. My review of the charger tomorrow after trying to use it.

The top model (24V) was purchased for just under $600. Arrived without damage. Plugged in, tried 3 different batteries, 2 in the car, one outside. With the NOCO Genius G15000, everything charges perfectly, so there are no problems with the batteries. Just had a chance to try my new charger. Unfortunately it was dead out of the box. I will resolve this issue with the seller and Schumacher. UPDATE: 01/10/2020 - Finally received RMA approval for 8 days instead of the promised 1-2 days after waiting 30 minutes for customer service. Schumacher customer service is great when they realize you actually know what you are talking about. My devices' flash programming mode didn't work right away, but they took care of me. Overall this is a great charger, the desulfation mode works and brought back an AGM battery that was over 10 years old. Update: Flash memory programming mode works, but the output current is slow and unstable. For example, if you suddenly turn off the load, the voltage will increase significantly, if you add a…
