Perfection Beyond the Price

This is the very first cycle computer I have ever owned, although I have been a cyclist for most of my 41 years on earth. According to the instructions, installation couldn't be easier. I had limited space to mount an armrest under the steering wheel (previously tested) and the included zip ties make it very secure. A limitation concerns the mounting of the magnet on the spoke and the dimensioning of the impeller. The instructions state that the magnet should be placed at a distance of 5 cmโ€ฆ

Great value for money

Lots of features. Relatively easy to use. Inexpensive. It doesn't get any better! I was concerned by the number of negative reviews but encouraged by the number of positive ones. So I bought it two summers ago and installed it right away in case I need to return it. I followed the instructions exactly and found the installation quite easy. As another reviewer pointed out, it can be difficult to remember exactly how to use it if you don't use it often, but honestly it's not that hard. I keep the

Works on my exercise bike

I actually needed a speedometer for my Sunny Health & Fitness Pro Indoor Cycling Bike. Most answers to the question if this would work said no, but I read the installation guide and decided to give it a try. The biggest challenge was getting the flywheel sensor close enough to the frame sensor so they could read each other. I easily found the solution using styrofoam, masking tape and an old calendar magnet. I cut a small square out of styrofoam and wrap it with tape, making a small hole in one

It takes time to set up. If you have it, it's worth it

Like the other reviewers, I had trouble setting up this little computer. Be sure to read the instructions and other reviews to learn how to install the magnet and sensor. The instructions say 5mm, which is perfectly acceptable in the middle of the fork. A NOTICE. You need to line up the magnet exactly where the little arrow is on the sensor (thanks to the other reviewers for pointing that out, because that's where I'm stuck. This is NOT covered in multilingual instructions!) Also, I've searched

Great product but won't last forever

Like all products, this one won't last forever. I got mine almost two years ago and I think the sensor (the part that attaches to the connector) finally gave up the ghost. I drove about 1700 km with it. I ride at an average speed of about 13 miles per hour every day. This product has worked great for a long time, but today it started giving me really weird and inconsistent 45 and 54 mph readings when I was only going about 10-20 mph. In the end I had no evidence at all. I knew the battery wasโ€ฆ
