Works very well with doors, windows and trim. Using it between the wall and the ceiling takes some practice, but I've found it offers a better line in the long run than without. You have to keep an eye on the tape so it doesn't stray off the edge you're sticking to and I want the tape to go through the slot and not just the bottom of the tool but overall definitely saves time and makes one good job.

Possibly the greatest invention since the paintbrush. I usually use a cutting brush and try to be very careful. I rarely use painter's tape because it's very difficult to apply. So I used it on the baseboard throughout the bedroom. It was very fast, easy to use and saved me a lot of time both in applying and painting. Use of oil paint. When the paint was dry I peeled off the tape and got a great result! I'm addicted for life!

Wow! That's great. The tape goes so fast and everything is in one long strip, not in several parts. I've tried different brands of blue masking tape but always go back to the duct tape as it seems to have the most consistent performance. I highlighted the corners of the ceiling with a light finish and this device helped me a lot. I made a 1.5" spacer out of wood (and felt it slides better) and I run the tape applicator by sliding the spacer. It works great. I would give 5 stars if they wrapped the roll of tape in plastic.
