My puppy got diarrhea and peed on my new carpet. Twice. I've been using Natures Miracle - a whole bottle and it didn't help at all so I bought this one. I had to use over half a bottle before I felt it starting to work. I sprayed, let, blotted, let dry and repeated about 5 times before the smell was gone. My fault I forgot to cover the rug when workers were cleaning my bathroom floor and crawled across the rug between them. Left ugly greasy footprints. If you don't remember these things, they don't care and they don't remember you. I bought this and used it 4 times but I think the marks are from a substance that is not easy to remove. Ratings have gone down, but not completely. I hope there is enough product in the carpet and the cleaning will pick up what is left. I think this is a good product
