I like how easy it is to use with my patients - they can log in from anywhere! The reporting features are great (I love being able for them as their provider). It was nice having reminders sent through texts or emails when appointments were coming up so we didn't forget about our visits/appointments etc!! Also liked all of your resources available which made finding information quick & convenient too. Nothing really at this time but if you need something specific there's always someone willing

The ability to have my charts in one place is great! I can see all of them at once as well which makes it very convenient for me when i need something from another doctor or want an update before meeting with someone new. It takes longer than most other systems but its worth while because you save so much time by having everything together right there instead of trying to find things separately and then remembering what's where.
