Great option and solution, especially good customer care services
I like how easy it is to use with my patients - they can log in from anywhere! The reporting features are great (I love being able for them as their provider). It was nice having reminders sent through texts or emails when appointments were coming up so we didn't forget about our visits/appointments etc!! Also liked all of your resources available which made finding information quick & convenient too. Nothing really at this time but if you need something specific there's always someone willing help out over live chat / email service support team. ! We have been using SURE since beginning stages now 4 years ago plus referrals by others who worked here before us also recommend continuing working well together because everything seems seamless between both platforms once setup correctly. !!
- Ease, user friendly layout that looks very modern.
- Reports could be generated automatically without needing any assistance required manually entering patient info into separate fields such excel sheets then reformatting reports accordingly.
