The ability to have my charts in one place is great! I can see all of them at once as well which makes it very convenient for me when i need something from another doctor or want an update before meeting with someone new. It takes longer than most other systems but its worth while because you save so much time by having everything together right there instead of trying to find things separately and then remembering what's where. Also being able to go back many months ago easily without messing up previous appointments was extremely helpful when needed a history going way farther into past years. Being able to send out reminders through email/text has been nice too; however sometimes those emails do not get read until next billing period even after multiple times.
