Works great and fits perfectly with my Frigidaire FG4H2272UF fridge and is many times cheaper than the original Frigidaire filter. Don't overcharge or pay an outrageous premium for a Frigidaire brand filter when you can get EXACTLY the same filter for a lot less.

I've used a lot of different non-OEM filters in the past and they've always worked well. This one is absolutely awful! Water tastes terrible no matter how many liters you flush. I immediately ordered the original part because it just isn't worth saving 10€ if the water is undrinkable.

According to the description it is compatible with my French fridge door. Oh it was, it was a perfect fit. After about 2 weeks the ice machine stopped working. This fridge is only 2.5 years old. Before I called an expensive mechanic, I desperately went to the store and bought a branded item, pocketed it and saw them fix the ice machine.

This filter gives the water coming out of the water dispenser in my Frigidaire fridge door a horrible chemical taste, even after several gallons have been spilled through it. I've bought counterfeit filters (non-OEM) before with varying degrees of success, but this one turned out to be the worst. The water tasted so bad with this filter that I ordered an OEM for a few more dollars and got back into business.

I have bought Frigidaire water filters in the past. The price is significantly higher than this manufacturer. Why pay more when you can't buy better? That was our slogan at the Hilo Hattie fashion show in Hawaii. It is true! This product will cost you a lot less and get the job done on par with a more expensive branded product.

Look at all the simple, happy reviews. I installed this filter just a week ago, dumped just the right amount of water, and my water has never tasted better. Does not remove chlorine smell. It just seems to add a charcoal flavor. Don't waste money on a non-working product. I hope this will be helpful to those trying to cut costs.

I bought this filter after the price of the branded filter went up again for my frigidaire. A friend said she used the generic in her fridge and had no problem with it. After comparing different brands, reviews and prices I settled on this one and so far so good. They look the same, don't leak and should last 6 months as the name brand products and cost a little over half that. I'm happy.

I have an Electrolux fridge with EWF02 filters. I replaced it twice before attempting to save money with this filter ($30 vs $50 for OEM). After replacing my one year old spare OEM filter with this one, I flushed a gallon through the filter and that's all I normally need for an OEM filter. I tried the water and it was actually WORSE than tap water. I ended up flushing at least 15 gallons (using a 1 gallon jug) and the taste of the water has never improved.
