Absolutely WRONG product delivered. I received SE JT6336-2 universal 4 pin brass five (5) prong watch winding wrench for watch winding, odd and even numbers, two piece winder, difficult to use when your watch has hands on it! I ordered as shown in the picture and the description says it clearly. four (4) serrated winders. I wanted to return it and it says this product is non-returnable.? Even if it's the wrong product? A very dissatisfied customer here.

I had a pendulum clock that I bought in a thrift store and of course it had no key. When I went online I found that there were so many key sizes that I didn't even know where to start. I stumbled across this set of keys and to be honest I was a little confused by the price. When they arrived I realized they were worth it. They are absolutely durable and will certainly last a very long time without needing to be replaced. I restarted my watch and the size 10 key worked perfectly. Thank you!

These wrenches are very strong and look high quality. The problem is that they are such a large diameter that even though the key size would fit my watch's winding stem, the outside diameter of the key is too large to fit the watch's hole, rendering it unusable. I am very disappointed 1) that it doesn't fit my watch despite having the correct stem size, and 2) that these keys are non-returnable! So they were a $15 investment down the drain.

Arrived today, looks nice. One key contains all odd keys and the second key contains all even keys. Tested on two watches, buttons #4 and #7 seem to work fine. One button size might seem good to us beginners, but if you try the next smaller size, that button might fit perfectly. I'm assuming all wrenches of this design are the same, but you'll need to have both wrenches in hand to find the exact fit. This is a good functional wrench set, just enough for the average homeowner or watch repairer. 2 things to warn about: The splines are large enough that you can generate excessive torque when cranking, so don't over-tighten the springs (which you shouldn't be doing anyway). Also note that some older clocks have small ripples in small holes in the dial to adjust speed and silence the chime.
