. The o-ring in the top half of the head had a bad weld where the two halves joined

The o-rings were the right size, but the large o-ring in the top half of the head had a bad one Weld at the junction of the two halves. were attached. I used an RTV swab to seal it, but better quality control would have revealed a defect in the o-ring.
