Better than phytoplankton

Appears to be better than phytoplankton products. Does not require constant rotation or refrigeration, has good durability. I find it easier to use and the corals seem to approve.

Pros
  • Everything great!
Cons

The fish and coral love it

Putting it in our aquarium makes everything come alive and happy. The shrimp start buzzing and the fish rejoice. Our corals seem to be doing well and growing fast so I have no complaints. :)

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Not the best

Product was open, seal was open, product was leaking everywhere

I am giving 1 star because I ordered 5 Seachem liquid products between yesterday and today. All others arrived fine but this product was open and when it got here it was leaking everywhere. very disappointed.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Easy maintenance

Good product. for aquarium water treatment

I add some of this product to my cichlid pellets every evening and let it soak in. Along with a few other vitamins and that helps them thrive. The fish look great and never get sick. I would be careful doing this on a work surface as the product is a dark orange color and will stain your clothes, carpet etc.

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • Only available in white

Seal has been broken/spilled all over bag

Was disappointed with the delivery/quality of the product. The silver seal on the inside of the lid was broken and the product was all over the box. I have sent tons of fish products but it didn't happen and it just so happened that there was a recent review with the same problem. I don't know if I should still use it as the seal was already broken.

Pros
  • Great for outdoor activities

Both times we received a used/broken seal

Impossible to rate the product correctly yourself. The first shipment I received was a previously opened/used product. The factory seal was already open and some of it had already leaked and boiled onto the threads. I have of course just ordered a replacement bottle which I received today but the replacement bottle is in the same condition, looks like it was opened and the factory seal is broken and this time part of the foil is intact.

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • Almost never

Fire combs love it. Good product.

I think this product is unique. Everything else I found comparable was either powder, sea snow, or phytoplankton. Fire crests are notoriously difficult to hold. Mine turned orange before I bought this product. Now I use this product at least 4 days a week and on the weekends I feed it other phyto plants, sea snow etc. I literally watch scallops turn bright red and healthy within hours (although I continue to feed other foods because I know that they need it too). I know the zooplankton in this…

Pros
  • One year trial
Cons
  • Poorly thought out
