💦 Enhanced SEAFLO Electric Marine Bilge Pumps for Optimal Performance Review

Great little pump for a cool shirt I'm building a system for my race car. You couldn't ask for an easier pump installation and I love the fact that it's compact, easy to install and gets the job done. I know it's a construction pump for a boat, but there are many uses. I would definitely buy it again for any project I have.

We needed to replace our old bilge pump on our Cal 39 sailboat. My husband liked the look and sound of this product so we bought it and installed it with no problems. We read the reviews before purchasing and because they were so positive it was an influence on this purchase. We don't regret what we've done.

I wanted a small pump to pump rainwater out of a fishing boat. I needed a small, low power pump that could empty a few inches in a few minutes. It fit the bill and the flow rate was impressive. Deducted 1 star because a few pine needles went through the filter. No damage and easy to clean.

One of our out of state customers had a problem with his bilge pump and we couldn't find it locally. Checked out Revain and voila, this is exactly what we are looking for and we will get it sooner than the local marinas promised. I ordered it, received it in a few days, installed it and the lucky buyer can now enjoy the nearby lakes. Great deal and great product. Very happy with everything.

This is complete crap. It may have some value as a siphon start pump, but as a bilge pump it's an epic failure. It was the cheapest pump I could find for the project I was working on and according to the specs it should work. The bottom line is if you plan on using it as a bilge pump, order life jackets and a couple of buckets because it's not! It doesn't have the power to lift liquid to even the smallest height, so I have no idea how it's going to work as a bilge pump.

I bought this water pump not knowing that it has a bare wire at the end. Works like a pump; However, I am having a very hard time finding an outlet or cigarette lighter plug to make it work for me. I think the manufacturer just wants to save money by not including the connector. That caused me a lot of trouble. Also, the cigarette lighter plug costs about the same. I am giving this product three stars because I had a lot of trouble getting it to work and it works as it should once I hooked it…

This pump is usually sufficient for the time being. However, the main reason I bought it was to pump it up, in other words "head". I need to raise the water about 11 feet at about 10 gallons per minute. I figured if this pump was rated at 20 GPM it could deliver about 10 GPM at 11 feet of head. Not even close. Now he's making about 2 gallons per minute. I suppose that's my shortcoming - I had to research this further. But I have other 12v pumps that only drop a few percentage points at this…
