I like the ability to get a quick overview of search activity and see how my queries are performing. I also like the "heatmap" feature and have used it to see what queries are not being used. Sometimes I have to use the "advanced" settings to make it work, but it's a small annoyance. I also dislike that it doesn't index certain terms. This is an amazing program that allows me to search for keywords within my emails, so I can find relevant information even if it's buried deep in some email thread. The interface could possibly be improved by making all of the different tabs more obvious or adding additional functionality (like creating new folders).
