Good alternative on my review.

There was a notch in the thread that had to be filed out. Otherwise, I would've given it 5-stars. A great alternative to the more expensive competitors.

Buy it if you need it!

Well worth itI make my own pipe clamps and up to now have had to get someone to help hold the pipe while I thread the pipe.Using this vise I can now make the clamps myself.

Pros
  • Handle stops won't stay threaded on. Other than that it's fine for black iron.

  • Ok

very useful to hold copper pipes when soldering

Practical tool that you can carry. You can also anchor to a piece of plywood. I mainly use it to hold copper pipe when soldering

  • it arrived missing one bolt but fortunately we had one on hand.

  • It requires a significant amount of effort to set up and dismantle, which could be frustrating for some users

looks great but havent used yet will write later

haven"t used yet but it looks good mounted to my truck , will use for threading pipe , will write back after useing ,delivery was right on time

  • Great vise, Had no slippage during a very large pipe threading job.
Cons
  • The vise's clamping mechanism is not as secure as some other models on the market, which could potentially result in pipes slipping or becoming damaged

Good price and works well

I have been deburring and threading lots of 1" rigid conduit. This vise clamps and releases quickly and has never slipped.
