Very disappointed with this system! It seems to have the ability to identify my other cameras, but Reolink won't let their software view or record them. And you would think that for that price you could use a wireless mouse so the system could be placed somewhere safe. cameras on MY network and it even allowed me to use a wireless mouse.

My first 16 channel system, all cameras worked but the NVR only had 8 channels working. I contacted Reolink via email and they sent a replacement. It wasn't 4k like my original so I contacted them again and they sent a 4k replacement. Finally everything works fine. Camera pictures are not 4k but pretty good. The Reolink app on my iphone works great. You can easily access and view your cameras. Everything was easy to install, just plug and play. them until they get it right.

This is a great system for those starting out with a home/office camera. The 4K video resolution is fantastic and allows you to easily zoom up to 80 feet without pixelation of the image on the screen. Night vision is fantastic too. Remember to point your cameras away from surfaces like paneling as this will blind your camera, but simply turning it sideways will clear the image and provide a great view at night. This Reolink device arrived well packaged and included everything I needed for a full installation that took most of the day as I had to clamp cables in tight spaces. Updated Review 8/10/20 Support did a great job of solving the issue described in my original review below. They were aware of the problems with the Macbook client application and provided me with new software that hadn't been released yet. He solved the main problems. Presumably they will make it available soon.
